How Motivation, Purpose and Passion work

Motivation Motivation is not a fixed thing. We don't have a set level of motivation. Motivation is not something you need to wake up with every morning. Motivation doesn't imply that you have to enjoy something you aspire to have. Jim Kwik himself is not motivated to take a cold shower daily, but he does it anyway. Motivation is not about having. Rather, it’s more of a doing. Motivation is a process. And a strategy that you can create by constantly following a recipe. It’s not at all necessary to feel good about the act to be motivated; Rather, one should have a stronger reason to act on something. Like many people don't love the workout, but they do it anyway because they know the reward and the end result they will get from it.  Results motivate them. Strong reason: You have to have a strong reason to do something. If you don't have a good reason to do something, you can't stick to it for longer. If someone is lacking the required level of motivation, it must be...

How to come out of your shell and be what you dream to?

I read Limitless by Jim Kwik which inspired me to change my mindset, perspective about how we are brought up and about the society where we breathe in. it gave me good reasons to spread this mindset to others so others can benefit and transform their lives as well.  what they teach you?  Schools only teach you what to learn, what to think, what to remember but they never teach you how to learn, how to think and how to remember. "TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE" REVIEW ; MOST PRACTICAL LIFE LESSONS

There’s a book called “Tuesdays with Morrie”. For the most part, this book is a conversation taking place between a professor and his student. The Professor is on his death bed and suffering from severe symptoms which is making his life miserable, every passing day. His health is deteriorating every second and yet he chooses not to lament about the excruciating pain he is going through. Rather he decided to share his perspective about life in a very unique way. He wants to be around people and jest about his own disease conditions. While doing so, he gives his closest student named Mitch; the finest advice of his life. The quintessences of his life experience are gathered in the book. This book really hits hard on my gut. To me, his advice were the finest example of precious pearls. I’m going to put those pearls in bullet points, during the reading some emotional moments were too intense that really have fo...
