      There’s a book called “Tuesdays with Morrie”. For the most part, this book is a conversation taking place between a professor and his student. The Professor is on his death bed and suffering from severe symptoms which is making his life miserable, every passing day. His health is deteriorating every second and yet he chooses not to lament about the excruciating pain he is going through. Rather he decided to share his perspective about life in a very unique way. He wants to be around people and jest about his own disease conditions. While doing so, he gives his closest student named Mitch; the finest advice of his life. Self-esteem Definition: Self-esteem is defined as having confidence in oneself or in one's abilities and having self-respect. Different Dimensions: There are people with low self-esteem and people with high self-esteem and people with egoistic self-esteem which is in a way be called over-inflated self-esteem. We can differentiate between them only through knowing the thoughts and feelings of people about their worth. How self-esteem affects our personalities? When you have a high opinion of yourself you are likely to be more positive on the path of life. You could be more enthusiastic about your plans for the future, about your relationships, and so on. Minor hurdles won’t impede you from your goals and you would be more confident about your inner strengths and more hopeful about your success, even when people and circumstances are telling you otherwise.
